We lay on what works best for the client. But here are a few things we do for clients;
- Fitness classes. Before work, lunchtime or after work. Wherever works for the client. This is our most popular format, and brings people from the whole company together outside of work for the good of their health.
- Bonus Schemes. One sales company offered Personal Training Sessions as part of each months competition and reward scheme.
- Subsidized Training Sessions. To incentivize employees to be fit and active alongside a busy and stressful job, a company paid a percentage of the cost of training with us.
- Away Days. Walking in the Brecon Beacons and cycling events have proved popular client events.
- Fitness Events. We are able to lay on enjoyable fitness contests enabling teams either within companies or between companies to compete in fitness challenges.
