Good luck this term to flossiedrew who trained very hard with us this week at #ccsportcentre. Three #fitnessprogram sessions to take back to #sheffielduniversity . Exams next week and all of Jan - good luck. This exercise was part of a #oneminuteworkout session. On this occasion all #compoundlegs . Bumped into this group of midwives and children today on the saddle in between Pen yFan and Corn Dhu. Raising money for Anthony Nolan Trust and awareness of a little boy called Marley. He has a rare blood condition and needs a marrow donor. These guys were all well out of their comfort zones. However, well within YOUR comfort zone would be to help them.
