A common reason people come and train with us from other trainers is “they didn’t give me anything to do in between.”
We believe our responsibilities to you extend throughout the week. So we are more than happy to take phone calls, or emails from you. For example a picture of a piece of kit in a hotel gym texted to us, “did you mean this,” or “I’ve hurt my shoulder so can’t swim, what shall I do instead.”
People use us to write programmes for them in many ways;
As a one off. Maybe on joining a gym starting exercise for the first time or help with a new goal. Maybe during pregnancy or after childbirth or returning from injury
As a rolling updated programme, maybe with reviews every month, 6 weeks or 3 months
As part of their regular personal training with us.
Of course, you can google “training for a half marathon,” and download a programme from the internet. But their is no way in which this will marry up with your own situation. The fact is that every person has exercises which suit them and ones which don’t. In seconds we can determine which will be a waste of time for you, and replace them with something effective.
