Why Train With Us

We have five very different, highly experienced trainers at PT TROOP. Between us we have over 40 years of Personal Training experience. We have helped clients to many different goals, from losing 50kg to sailing the Atlantic Ocean, from regaining fitness after childbirth to UK Special Forces Selection.

We believe we set ourselves apart for the following reasons;

  • Passion – we really care about the results we get for clients. We go the extra mile, following up with texts and phone calls when things have gone well or badly. Quite simply we love this job, and it shows.
  • Flexibility – we are always happy and willing to move our schedules around to accommodate our client busy lifestyles. From 0500 through til 2100 starts, and at the weekend, we can and will fit in with your timetable.
  • Variety – we think we offer more variety than any other company around. We are a one-stop-shop, offering gym training of all kinds, outside personal training, circuits classes, corporate classes, running, cycling, kayaking. Both our range of services and our breadth of activities means that you will not find training boring or repetitive any more!

We are also prepare to put an hour of our time up for free to prove this. Some people give a free “meet and greet” or “consultation.” We us you will get an hours to actually see what we are like.
