Bristol Half Marathon

Congratulations to all 17 of our clients who completed yesterdays race.  Times varied from 1.19.38 to 2.37.48.  Of the 17 runners, 7 were first-timers, and 6 recorded Personal Bests.

The man of the moment was definitely Matt Noonan.  Matt started training with PT-Troop on 2oth Feb.  Since then, he has lost 47.5kg, or7 1/2 stone in real money!  Tom Rendell told him he would complete the race in just under three hours.  Matt could barely run the length of a sports hall on his first session, but completed the course in an amazing 2.09.41.  Truly amazing.
