Good luck to Michelle Lang, who is in Morocco, setting of on a 100km walk across the Sahara, raising money for Help for Heroes.

Michelle has trained very hard, and will be more than a match for the varied, challenging terrain she will come across.  Temperatures rise to  81 degrees under the African sun, but fall to just 5 degrees under the stars, making it difficult to acclimatise.

A great example of personal training in Bristol being applied to a real challenge.
